Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Dalanzadgad. Welcome meal with the family. Rest and settle in.

Day 2

Drive to the magnificent Khongor Sand Dunes, the largest in Mongolia. Climb the dunes, enjoy camel riding, and watch the sunset over the sand. Overnight near the dunes.

Day 3

Drive to Bayanzag — the famous Flaming Cliffs where dinosaur eggs were first discovered. Watch the cliffs glow red and orange at sunset. Overnight in Dalanzadgad.

Day 4

Drive to the spectacular White Stupa — layered sedimentary cliffs that glow white and ochre in the sunlight, often called Mongolia's 'Grand Canyon'.

Day 5

Explore Yol Valley — a dramatic gorge where ice persists even in summer. Visit the local museum at Dalanzadgad in the afternoon.

Day 6

Morning breakfast. Transfer to Dalanzadgad airport or bus station for your onward journey.
